Evening Echo Cork  Camogie Championship Draws

National President Joan O’ Flynn made the draws for the 2009  Evening Echo Cork  county championships when she made a visit to the fortnightly county board meeting on Monday April 20th. The draws turned up some interesting clashed amongst them the repeat of last season’s senior county final between Douglas and St Finbarrs, the meeting of Cloughduv and St Catherines is also a repeat of last season’s first round, The draws were made as follows:

 

SENIOR COUNTY CHAMPIONSHIP

       Divisional Section

(A)   Avondhu v Seandun

(B)   Carrigdhoun v Muskerry

(C)   Imokilly v Carbery

Round 2

(D)  Winners A v Winners B

Round 3

Winners C v Winners D

Winners of divisional section go on to round two to meet losing teams from round 1.

Clubs Section

Round 1

(A)  Rockban v Barryroe

(B)  Milford v Ballygarvan

(C)  Cloughduv v St Catherines

(D)  Inniscarra v Courcey Rovers

(E)   Douglas v St Finbarr’s

 

Draws for round two will be made after the above games are played.

Played on round robin basis of two sections top two teams qualify for semi finals.
